Town Clap User App
Welcome to Town Clap(“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, website, and related services (collectively, “Town Clap Platform”).
By downloading, accessing, or using any Town Clap app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our apps or services.
User / Customer: An individual using the app to book home services.
Service Provider: A company or independent professional registered to offer services.
Serviceman / Technician: A professional assigned by a provider to complete a user’s requested job.
Platform: The Town Clap apps and related systems owned by Town Clap .
Booking: A confirmed request by a user for a specific service.
Account: A registered profile within any of the Town Clap apps.
You must be at least 13 years old to use any Town Clap app.
By registering, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
Providers and servicemen must be 18 years or older and authorized to work or operate a business in their jurisdiction.
To use our apps, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree not to share your account with others or use another person’s account without permission.
Town Clap reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms.
You can browse, request, and book services from verified providers.
Payments must be made through approved payment methods.
Cancellations and refunds are subject to the cancellation policy displayed in-app.
You agree not to misuse the app for unlawful activities or false bookings.
You must provide accurate service details, pricing, and business credentials.
You agree to maintain professional standards and complete user bookings responsibly.
Town Clap reserves the right to review, verify, or suspend your account for misconduct or fraudulent activity.
You must perform assigned jobs with diligence, professionalism, and honesty.
You agree not to share customer data or misuse user information.
Misconduct, delay, or fraudulent behavior may lead to permanent suspension.
All transactions on Town Clap are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Users authorize Town Clap to deduct charges for booked services.
Providers and servicemen will receive payments as per their respective service agreements.
Town Clap is not responsible for payment delays due to banking or gateway issues.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the app’s refund policy.
Town Clap apps may request access to your device’s location to:
Show nearby service providers,
Assign jobs to available servicemen, and
Provide accurate service tracking.
You may disable location access at any time; however, some features may not work correctly without it.
You agree to:
Use the Town Clap apps only for lawful purposes.
Provide accurate and current information.
Not engage in abusive, threatening, or fraudulent activity.
Respect other users, providers, and servicemen at all times.
Not attempt to hack, modify, or reverse-engineer the app or its data.
Town Clap acts as a facilitator between users, providers, and servicemen.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of any third-party service.
Providers and servicemen are independent contractors, not employees of Town Clap.
Town Clap is not liable for:
Loss or damage resulting from service performance,
Delays or cancellations, or
Any injury or property damage during service.
As required by Google Play’s Data Safety Policy, the following permissions are used within Town Clap Apps:

Prevents device from sleeping during job processing or downloads. |
VIBRATE |
Provides vibration alerts for important notifications. |
You can control or revoke any permission from your device’s settings at any time.
All app content, logos, trademarks, and designs are the property of Town Clap.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
Unauthorized use of intellectual property may lead to legal action.
Town Clap may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms,
Engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal conduct, or
Misuse app features or data.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data.
By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Town Clap is not responsible for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the apps.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you (if any) for the service that caused the issue.
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
You will be notified of significant changes via email, notification, or app update.
Your continued use after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Your City/State, e.g., Bengaluru, Karnataka].
