1. Cancellation by Customer
- Free Cancellation: You can cancel your booking up to 1 hours before the scheduled service time without incurring any charges.
- Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel the booking within 1 hours of the scheduled service time, a cancellation fee of [amount/percentage] will be applicable.

2. Rescheduling of Service

In rare instances, TownClap or the service provider may need to cancel the service due to unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies, technical issues, or unavailability of the provider). In such cases:
- You will receive a full refund if a payment has already been made.
- We will do our best to reschedule the service at a time convenient for you.
4. Refund Policy
- Any eligible refunds will be processed within 1 business days to the original mode of payment.
- Refunds for cancellations or rescheduled services are subject to the applicable cancellation or no-show fees mentioned above.
